All parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit DUE at the time of booking (cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). Remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled party.
Cake/cupcakes/cookie cake is allowed; no other outside food or drinks allowed.
If you must cancel your party for any reason, please understand that your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will try our best to honor your new preferred date. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies of the party girl/boy, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.
Spa and Salon Appointments
To reserve spa and salon appointments, we require credit card information. A “No Show” fee in the amount of 15% of the service will be issued for appointments not cancelled with a 24-hour notice. Your credit card will only be charged if you are a “no show” or if your appointment was not cancelled with a 24-hour notice.
SugarPlum Kids Spa & Salon, LLC maintains the confidentiality of personal information that we obtain from our customers. The information we collect is voluntarily given. We may collect contact information (such as email addresses, names, telephone numbers and mailing addresses) with your permission, during your visit. Any information obtained will be used solely for the purpose of sending information about our products and services. Any data received is stored in a secure database and will not be shared with anyone other than SugarPlum Kids Spa & Salon, LLC authorized employees.
